At KALI THE LABEL, we want you to feel confident, empowered, and completely in love with your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple and easy.

Returns Window

We accept returns for refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, or any marks
    Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Refunds

Refunds are available for eligible returns within the 14-day window.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear once approved

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Sizing adjustments
  • Alternative styles (subject to availability)

If your requested item is unavailable, you will receive store credit.


Store Credit

Store credit may be offered if:

  • You prefer it over a refund
  • An exchange item is unavailable

Store credit is issued as a digital code for future purchases.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email here] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping where applicable.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


How to Start a Return
