Returns & Exchanges Policy
At KALI THE LABEL, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) must remain attached
- Items must be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, pet hair, or marks
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Socks
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges depending on stock availability.
If your requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will assess the issue and organise a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
